Christmas is the season of love, forgiving, spending and making resolutions ( the firm decision to do or not to do something, like losing weight.) Let us see the extent to which you are ready for this season. Please read the questions carefully then answer them.
1- Christmas is a time to renew:
a- your blogs.
b- your friendships.
c- your energy level.
d- your bonds of love.
e- all of the above.
2- How do you behave at Christmas? Do you prefer to forgive someone who has hurt you or continue holding a grudge against that person (that is you continue being hurt, carrying negative emotions)? Do you think forgiving is easy or difficult? Explain why.
When someone hurts me I forgive them but if they continue to hurt me I just take them out of my life, because people with negativity cause you to suffer from emotional stress. I would rather have people around me with positive aura rather then people with negative aura.
3- What are some of the decisions, resolutions you would make at Christmas? Remember, resolutions are firm decisions to do or not to do something.
Ever since I was a kid I’ve always had trouble making decisions. Over the years I had to make decisions for my future so this Christmas I’ve decided to study my music and my art so I can get into an art/music University.
4- You like to say “thank you” to someone. How do you do it? Do you do it verbally, or you buy presents, gifts, or do something else. Clarify.
It depends on when a stranger outside helps me with something I thank them verbally but when someone very close to me like a friend or a teacher helps me with exams and stuff I prefer to thank them with a gift as a token of gratitude.
5- What are some of the Armenian customs/traditions you would like to change during Christmas and New Year?
There is nothing that I would change. Every custom/tradition has its own uniqueness. Every custom and tradition has a very special meaning behind It and If I change them It won’t have the same meaning It had all these years.
6- If you had 50000 AMD in your pocket to spend during this holiday. What would you spend your money on?
I would buy gifts for my family. I really love buying gifts for the ones I love.
7- If you were the prime minister of Armenia for one day, what would you do for your country?
If I were the prime minister of Armenia I would add more subway stations because I think it’s even more convenient than a bus. Also it’s safe and eco-friendly.
