Smartphones are considered a distraction when it comes to studying. Nowadays social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snap chat and etc. have become a big distraction for children, teens and even adults. Year by year technology is advancing causing people to get more addicted to the internet, videogames and forget their everyday tasks by wasting time. Phones can cause very serious health issues like headaches, brain tumors, sleep patterns and etc.. Also when people are too absorbed by their phones they don’t socialize with each other, they interact less and fail to find friends or sole mates. In the end, they don’t have real friends but virtual. There are certain schools that have special phones designed for studying and collecting information. The students who really do care about their education would use the internet for their benefits. Social media is not always a distraction. It gives us information, informs us about the daily news. Also there are very good programs that teach kids and adults coding, graphic design and many other cool stuff. And one of the most important advantages of using smartphones at school is parents contacting their children at emergencies. Personally, I think smartphones should be allowed at school but they should be turned off in class and at exams and given to the teacher, and should only be used at free periods. Like that it wouldn’t affect students’ studies. Life is too interesting to spend it in the virtual reality or following others on the social media and missing out your own life.

Վիլյամ Սարոյանը ծնվել է ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆրեզնո քաղաքում 1908 թվականին օգոստոսի 31-ին։ Հոր մահից հետո իր եղբոր և քույրերի հետ տեղափոխվում է որբանուց։ Սարոյանը կանոնավոր կրթություն չի ստացել։ Յոթ տարեկանից նա սկսել է աշխատել և կատարել է տարբեր աշխատանքներ։ 1922թ․ մայրը նրան է հանձնում հորից մնացած թղթերի մի կապոց և տասնչորսամյա Վիլյամը իմանում է, որ իր հայր բանաստեղծ է եղել։ Դա մեծ դեր է խաղում Վիլյամի կյանքում հետագայում կողմնորոշվելու իր ապագայի հարցում։ Նա մահացել է 1981 թվականի մայիսի 18-ին։ Մայրիկս պատմում է որ 70-ականներին Վիլյամ Սարոյանը այցելել է Հայաստան,եղել է նաև Ջերմուկ քաղաքում, որտեղ ծնվել է մայրիկս։ Երբ նրան Ջերմուկեւմ հարցրել են, թե այստեղ հատկապես ինչը նրան դուր եկավ, նա պատասխանել է, թե Ջերմուկի արևը։ Այժմ Ջերմուկում կա մի հուշաքար որի վրա փորագրված է << ԱՐև>> բառը ի պատիվ Վիլյամ Սարոյանի։ Երևանում գտնվող Վիլյամ Սարոյանի հուշարձանի կառուցումը ավարտվել է 2008 թվակաին։ Այն գտնվում է Մաշտոցի պողոտայի և Մոսկովյան փողոցի խաչմերուկում։ Շատ մարդիկ գտնում են, որ արձանը սարոյանական ոգին չի արտացոլում և տիպիկ սովետական արձան է։ Վիլյամ Սարոյանի տուն-թանգարանը բացվել է 2018 թ․ Օգոստոսի 31-ին իր ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆրեզնո քաղաքուի տանը, որտեղ նա անցկացրել է իր կյանքի վերջին 17 տարիները։ Մորաքրոջս կարծիքով Վիլյամ Սարոյանը հայ գրող չէ և պատմվածքները ընթերցելուց հետո նկատեցի, որ բացի հայ անձնանուններից, պատմվածքերը արտացոլում են ամերիկյան իրականությունը։
